Account registration & verification
To set up your account, you need a password. However, at times you may forget your password. If this happens, you will need to reset it.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
Once you’re on the login page, click on “Forgot Password”.
Once you see this page, type in the email address that you registered your account with. Click “Continue” to have a rest password link sent to this email address.
Open the email to create a new password.
You can also update your password through the markets.com app or Web Trader platform whenever you like.
You may have entered the wrong password. Check that you keyed in your password correctly and log in again.
If you still can’t log in, check the character casing of the password. For trading platforms, check if you have selected the correct server.
When copying your password directly from an email, do not add any spaces, or the password will be invalid.
