Here, we’re going to go through step-by-step how you can withdraw funds from your markets.com trading account, via our mobile app.

    Let’s get started:

Step 1: On the main app screen, click the ‘Account’ icon in the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2: On the next page, press the ‘Withdrawal’ option.

Step 3: On the following page, press the ‘Withdraw’ button at the top of the page.

Step 4: You’ll be taken through to the screen where you can choose which of your trading accounts you want to withdraw from. (Use the drop-down menu to select the correct one.)

Step 5: Tap the blue ‘Add method’ button.

Step 6: On the next screen, select your chosen method from the three options of Neteller, Skrill and Wire Transfer.

Step 7: Once you’ve picked your method, you’ll be taken through to a page where you can input the details of where you want the funds sent. (You may be asked to provide verification documents for your chosen account, depending on your situation.)

Step 8: Once you’ve inputted your details and finalised them, you can return to the main withdrawal page and tap the blue ‘Withdraw’ button at the bottom of the screen to finalise your withdrawal.

    And that’s it.

Remember, if you have any questions about withdrawing funds or about any other aspect of using our trading app, you can reach our friendly customer service team at support@markets.com and they’ll be ready to help you.
